We offer a convenient all-inclusive experience with comfortable lodging (two-night minimum), multiple meeting spaces, all meals, and the attention of full-time coordinators committed to planning and overseeing every detail.
Stone Creek Village Corporate Retreats
The base package (plus taxes and service fees) is broken up as follows:
Facility Fee $8,500, lodging $425 per cabin per night (suitable for up to 3 guests) + $175 meal package per person per day.
Arrival is no earlier than 4pm, and departure is no later than 11am
(ask about our early arrival and late departure pricing if desired)
This meal package includes a fresh continental breakfast, buffet lunch options, and a three-course buffet dinner. On your final day, we serve a farewell breakfast in place of the continental breakfast and lunch. Our executive chef has developed a rich selection of dishes inspired by the freshest local cuisine.

Meeting Spaces to Fit Your Needs
When you reserve our Stone Creek Venue, the entire village will be available exclusively to you. Apart from our expert staff, there will be no one else on site, so your experience will be a dedicated retreat without distractions. We have five different meeting rooms available, so you can choose the space most suitable for your needs or even hold multiple group sessions at once.
Our coordinators are available to discuss your many options for setting up our meeting spaces, depending on the size of your group and the style of your presentations and discussions. We work with an outside vendor to offer cutting edge AV equipment.
Rustic Lodging Nestled into the Redwoods
We take retreat reservations for a minimum of two nights and anywhere between 30 and 65 corporate guests. The Stone Creek Village offers lodging in 30 cabins and suites, with 65 individual beds. Many of our cabins are upgraded with cozy gas fireplaces, and all have comfortable sleeping and living spaces with linens provided. When you stay in the village, you’re never far away from our meeting rooms and exceptional opportunities for individual recreation and group activities.
Take Advantage of Our Vast Mountain Location
Your group will have ready access to tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and sand volleyball courts, ping pong tables, corn hole, giant chess, a putting green, play field, and 450 acres of hiking trails through the stunning Santa Cruz Mountains.

Ropes Course
Last, but not least, our ropes course is the highlight of many retreat experiences. Expert instructors will guide you and your staff through activities designed to challenge your courage and your trust. Our course is integrated into the redwood forest itself, high above the ground, and navigating this uncommon path as a team is a distinctive opportunity for growth.
