  • Pam Caldwell Nootbaar

    PRESIDENT

    After graduating from Georgetown University with an MBA in 1995, Pam introduced weddings and retreats to the Kennolyn properties. For the last 25 years, she has been overseeing both the Kennolyn Events and Kennolyn Camps operations. Pam is the President & CEO of our organization and is the granddaughter of Kennolyn’s founders. She has a deep connection with Kennolyn’s traditions and its long commitment to excellence.

  • Andrew Townsend

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Andrew has been with Kennolyn for more than 35 years. He and his wife met at Kennolyn as seasonal camp employees in 1985. He was Kennolyn’s Camp Director for 28 years before moving to his current position as our General Manager. He brings all of his management experience to your special event to help ensure everything runs smoothly and meets your expectations as well as those of your guests.

  • Andrea Maue

    EVENTS MANAGER

    Andrea brings a wealth of experience to her role as Kennolyn’s Events manager. She is committed to maintaining the traditions that make Kennolyn stand out while bringing new and exciting innovations for our guests. Prior to Kennolyn, Andrea honed her large event skills as the Catering Services Manager for Temecula Valley Winery Management. Before that she worked in almost every possible facet of the food and beverage industry: pastry chef, small business owner, restaurant manager, and even baked the winning cupcake in the reality TV Show Cupcake Wars in 2012! When not putting on wonderful events Andrea likes to spend time with her daughter, visit family and friends, bake, cook, and check out the local food and wine scene.

  • Caroline O'Reilly

    EVENT COORDINATOR

    Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Caroline discovered her talent for event coordination while studying in New York City. After 8 years in NYC, Caroline worked as Events and Marketing Director back in her hometown, before moving to Santa Cruz. Caroline discovered Kennolyn while touring venues for her own wedding, and knew that she was destined to work here one day. In her free time, Caroline likes to practice yoga and travel with her family.

  • Elyse Lindgren

    EVENT COORDINATOR

    Elyse was born and raised in Santa Cruz. She received a Hospitality degree with a focus in event planning from San Jose State University. She began her career as an Event Planner in 2010 and has worked at venues all over the Bay Area. Becoming a Wedding Coordinator has been her dream since she was five years old, reading bridal magazines and excelling at flower girl duties as a child. After working for the last five years as a Banquet Manager, Elyse is thrilled to be back planning and coordinating weddings full time! In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends, watching baseball (Go Giants!) and traveling.

  • Deirdre Schmidt

    EVENT COORDINATOR

    Deirdre moved to the area from Pennsylvania in 2022 and, enticed by Kennolyn’ s natural beauty and unique spaces, joined the team shortly after! With a background in the restaurant industry, she is also pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, Deirdre’s favorite part of an event revolves around the bar and meal services. She also enjoys helping clients bring their event visions to life through meticulous planning and day of coordination. On her days off, Deirdre is either out exploring on her mountain bike and scaling rocks or recharging with some yoga and a cozy bonfire.

  • Miles Bundy

    OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

    Miles first came to Kennolyn in 2012, from Southampton, England. He started as a Cabin Counselor and continued to return summer after summer in various different roles until he moved to California permanently in 2016. He is one of a few people that have spent some time working for all of Kennolyn’s different departments (including Facilities!). He took a break from Kennolyn in 2018 to take a corporate job, but returned to working at Kennolyn in April 2022 in a full time role as our Operations Coordinator. He splits his time between our Camps and Events department dealing with all the logistics that go into keeping Kennolyn ticking.
