Kennolyn is privately owned by a family that heavily supports the environment.
- 70% of our 300 acres is preserved natural open-space.
- We compost nearly 100% of all event-related garbage, including flowers, food and paper products. Our compost is mixed with our horse manure and given to nearby organic farmers.
- Our menus include many local and sustainable ingredients. . We have actively recycled since the 1980’s but realize even this has an environmental impact. In 2011 we moved to keg beer to eliminate bottles from beer.
